HD Photography

All Tiers include at least 25 HD Photos. Turnaround for photos are by end of business next day.

$125 for Listings under 149k

$150 for Listings over 149k and under 400k

$175 for Listings over 400k

$25 for Exterior Reshoots only (usually requested for nicer sunny days)

$25 Trip Fee for Listings over an hour drive away from office location. (This will be let known beforehand if applicable)

$25 Same Day Photo Add-on (receive photos and video the same day by 7pm, please let us know when scheduling)

When scheduling we ask that the full address is given with a lock box code. If there are pets they must be crated, out of the house or seller must be home.

That’s right FREE with purchase of any HD Photo Tier listed above. The panning video showcases the home’s layout and flow for potential buyers. Videos are hosted on our YouTube channel so that you can share the tour in the MLS under unbranded virtual tour.

Floor Plans

$45

New! We now offer Floor plans for your listings to stand out from the competition and really showcase the layout of the homes. Floor plans include room names and dimensions. When ordered you will also receive floor plans with dimensions removed. Please request this add on when scheduling a photoshoot.
